Tours are not confirmed until payment is received, details of how to pay will be communicated once tour details are finalized. 

Transportation:
My tours are walking Tours, the only exception to this is a visit to Dachau Memorial site, where we take regional  transportation.  In the event of an extraordinary event that does not allow us to use the public transport to get to Dachau, the tour will be cancelled and refunded.  If an alternative dates and times can be found then the tour can be rescheduled.   Hotel pick-up may be possible.

Age of tour participants for Dachau memorial site must be 13 years and older:

This is a rule set by the memorial site. 

Cancellation :
Due to the tight scheduling of tours it’s not always possible to reschedule, if you need to move the tour. Therefore if I cannot accommodate you my cancellation policy will apply.

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours of the tour starting.
• within 48 hours of the tour, refunds are not possible.

Weather and Conduct (at Dachau memorial site):
Tours run all year round and in all weather. Please come weather prepared, and wear comfortable shoes.  No eating, smoking, vaping or telephone calls whilst touring Dachau memorial site.  Water / soft drinks are allowed.  Also please don’t wear Lederhosen / Dirndl, at Dachau.

we often walk at least 1 to 2 miles on each tour, so please bear this in mind before booking. Generally speaking I am not able to accomodate wheelchair and those with limited mobility on the Dachau tour but please contact me for alternative suggestions.

Languages available:
All tours are performed in English. I am British, and have also spent 8 years in the United States. Plus please no recording of tours on phones etc.

size of group:
Prices are based on tour groups of 5 or less. More people can attend and a new price will be set.
